Our Fees

We understand that our clients are injured and unable to work, thereby suffering from financial distress. Limited finances become an enormous burden on the victim and his/her family. 

That is why we offer a Contingency Fee Agreement, whereby our clients are not required to pay any fees or expenses unless the case is successful. If you are not successful, payment for our services is not required at all.

Your contingency fee will be 33% of your settlement or award, plus HST.
