Chief Operational Manager
Domenic Trotta is the Chief Operational Manager at Trotta Law.
Christina Trotta
Lawyer
Christina Trotta has always had an interest in personal injury law. She is recognized by her clients as a passionate and effective advocate who provides an empathetic approach while providing guidance to her clients. Christina obtained her law degree from Leicester University and was called to the bar in 2015 after articling with a boutique personal injury Toronto Law firm. Prior to law school, Christina earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Guelph University, where she specialized in marketing.
Christina is a committed advocate on behalf of her injured clients primarily focusing on personal injury litigation, including motor vehicle accident cases, accident benefit claims, slip/trip and fall cases, and long-term disability (LTD) claims. She has gained valuable experience working as an in-house defence counsel at a major insurance company, and will bring forward the knowledge and expertise she has learned to her injured clients. Christina is a member of the Canadian Bar Association (CBA), and the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association (OTLA).
Clayton Allen
Lawyer
Clayton exclusively practices personal injury law with a focus on motor vehicle accidents, occupiers’ liability claims, slip and falls, long-term disability claims, and accident benefits. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor in 2015 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2016. Prior to attending law school, Clayton obtained a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Astrophysics from Queen’s University in 2010.
Outside the office, Clayton’s interests include Formula 1, playing hockey, with the Toronto Maple Leafs, enjoying the outdoors, and spending time with his family and friends. He is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association.
Lyudmila Kim
Lawyer
Lyudmila articled with Trotta Law and joined the firm as a lawyer after being called to the Bar in 2024. Prior to that, Lyudmila had an interest in Accident Benefits claims and has extensive experience and knowledge in providing legal services under the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule. Now Lyudmila’s practice areas include Accident Benefits and Tort actions involving Motor Vehicle Accidents and Slip & Fall cases.
Lyudmila is known for her strong work ethic and commitment to her clients, she ensures they receive all the necessary legal guidance and assists them along their way to recovery. She is dedicated to advocating for her clients during this difficult time.
In her free time, Lyudmila enjoys staying active, catching up on tv shows and exploring GTA’s food scene with her friends and family.
Steven Trotta
Legal Assistant
Steven is a dedicated professional with a strong work ethic and a true passion for the law. He embarked on his legal career in 2020 when he joined Trotta Law as a legal assistant. Building upon his experience and knowledge, Steven recently completed his articling with Trotta Law. He completed his undergraduate degree in the Paralegal Program Humber College and went on to earn his law degree at the University of Leicester. With extensive knowledge and experience, Steven is committed to advocating for justice and helping those in need. His genuine care for his clients and his ability to navigate the complexities of personal injury law make him a trusted advocate. Outside the office, he enjoys indulging in his love for sports, including golfing, soccer, hockey, and tennis. Steven’s enthusiasm and well-rounded interests keep him active and balanced outside of his legal pursuits.
Christina Simioni
Articling Student
Christina is a motivated and detail-oriented professional with a strong foundation in legal research and analysis. After completing her undergraduate degree at York University in the Law and Society program, she went on to earn her LL.B. at the University of Sussex. Christina is excited to be completing her Articles with Trotta Law P.C. and is thrilled to be gaining valuable hands-on experience in personal injury law.
With a keen eye for detail and passion, Christina is grateful for the opportunity to provide support to all Trotta Law clients. Outside of the office, she can be found enjoying spending time with her loveable pup or trying out new baking recipes in the kitchen. As a future lawyer, Christina is committed to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity and is dedicated to making a positive impact in her community.
